Dear Camden Fairview Family:
Camden Fairview Middle School (CFMS) is excited to invite your student to participate in the CFMS Star Academy, a school-within-a-school, during the 2023-2024 school year. Star Academy is an education model designed to enhance the success of learners. The expert-built programming pairs hands-on learning experiences with social-emotional-based teaching that allows many students to grow up to two grade-levels in just one year.
Star Academy is recognized as one of the most effective hands-on education programs in the country. The program will meet the specific needs of CFMS students by giving them the opportunity to participate in an offering of courses, such as a blend of sciences, world geography, 7th grade math, English, and electives. Students will enjoy smaller class sizes while applying skills and concepts learned in class to complete real-world projects.
Your family and CFMS student are invited to attend the CFMS Star Academy Open House on April 27, 2023, from 6:00 - 7:00 pm in the CFMS Auditorium. Come learn more about how the Star Academy can help to prepare your student for high school and beyond.
